Niu Blau means ‘Blue Nest’ in Ibicenco language which stands for a ‘comfortable spot’ which is exactly this place, next to the Mediterranean sea, this Restaurant is uniquely set under pine trees about ten meters away from the sea shore.
Juan Mari Ramon the owner of this beautiful little spot along with his family have been running this little restaurant for over 35 years. Serving some of the best fish and paella dishes you will ever see on the East coast of Ibiza.
This cosy little spot attracts many visitors to its beautiful beach. Known by many locals on the Island for his excellent fish selection, they also serve a great variety of other Mediterranean dishes.
The restaurant is perfect for children; while you dine at the restaurant you can keep a close eye on your children and watch them play in the white sands of the beach.
The beach has a pine forest that covers the whole bay that almost meets the shoreline. This adds to the atmosphere of the restaurant and also gives plenty of shade from the hot sun.
Located just outside Santa Eulalia about 2km North with signposts to the Niu Blau in the main Es Cana road. The restaurant has parking area and can also be reached by the local bus service.
